Lockport-Junction Road Business Park

Niagara County is receiving over $3.25 million from New York State to develop the Niagara County Business Park in Cambria. This investment aims to make the 60-acre site "shovel ready" for developers, with infrastructure improvements including gas, water, and sewer extensions, as well as an electric line extension. The park is strategically located for advanced manufacturing, with access to power lines, low-cost hydropower, water and sewer capacity, and proximity to major markets. This initiative addresses the need for shovel-ready sites in the region, attracting companies and bolstering economic development.
