Summary: This project will allow for Scott Lawn Yard and its maintenance division, Landscape Associates of WNY (LAWNY) to consolidate into one location and allow room for expansion.  The project will include construction of a 10,640 sq ft building which will consist of office and storage space. The site development will include a parking lot, lighting, fencing, lawn and landscaping.
