Summary:   This project will be located on 33 acres of vacant property dedicated to operation of a 5 megawatt community solar farm.  A site plan and special use permit approvals were received from the Town of Lewiston, which includes conditions for buffering and decommissioning. The Town Board declared that the project does not impose a significant environmental impact.
