OAHS Niagara Towers TC LLC

Summary:   Niagara Towers is a 200-unit affordable housing project targeting senior households with an income of 60% AMI or less. Currently, the property is an 18-story building that was originally developed in 1980 with a renovation performed in 2007.  Tax exempt bonds are being requested from Niagara County IDA to acquire, rehabilitate and preserve this affordable housing project for seniors. The building also has an existing HAP contract for 100% of the units, which will be extended for another 20 years. 

The project will undergo extensive rehabilitation including renovating the interiors of all units and common areas, upgrading all electrical equipment to energy efficient equipment, updating the building envelope, and improving various site features.
