Grant funding is available through the State‘s Regional Economic Development Council Initiative, which helps drive regional and local economic development across New York State in cooperation with 10 Regional Economic Development Councils (“Regional Councils”).

Funding is available to support existing New York State small manufacturers investing in capital projects that will improve competitiveness or productivity through modernization and integration of advanced technology. 

Minimum grant requests of $50,000 or more will be reviewed. Applications are due by 4:00 p.m. on July 31, 2024.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to reach out to their ESD Regional Office to discuss their project prior to submitting an application.
